**Job Responsibilities:

- Assist Procurement manager in monitoring daily operation event on item requisition.

  • To update & data entry on petty cash transaction under purchasing department.
  • Liaises with the Procurement manager to determine the product needs by the Hotel.
  • To deal with the supplier on product availability, to get the best price and delivery times.
  • Assesses cost of company purchase
  • Arrange and process the odering of goods for hotel usage & department request.
- issuing purchase order / delivery note / Invoices & key in data entry for receiving & purchase items.

  • Coordinate and finalize details of all Hotel function, catering and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related
    Salary: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
