Job Description:

  • Develop the sales department including designing sales processes, setting targets, and implementing effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans and budgets, outlining key activities, timelines, and milestones for achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, as well as the unique needs and challenges of corporate clients, tailoring sales pitches and proposals accordingly.
  • Represent the company professionally at corporate events, conferences, and industry forums, networking with potential clients and partners to expand business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years in corporate sales with 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the optical retail sector or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the professional optical retail industry including familiarity with competitors key players and trends.
  • Possession of an established network and strong relationships with corporate clients and key industry players.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements, industry events and conferences.

Salary:
RM7, RM8,000.00 per month
