  • Follow up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
  • Manage the performance of existing supplier on delivery, quantity, price and service.
  • Perform documentmatching job (e.g. invoice, delivery order and purchase order) before submission to accounts department.
  • Filing of purchase order, quotation and purchase requisition.
  • Followup with supplier on NCR, vendor selection and evaluations form.
  • To ensure purchasing documentations and records are as per ISO requirements.
  • To do import shipment and clearance.
  • General purchasing activities.
  • All adhoc assignments as and when required by the management from time to time.
