Position:
Talent Acquisition Procurement Ops Analyst

Location:
Kuala Lumpur

Tenure: 1 year contract — renewable basis

Remuneration:
RM 3,200 — RM 4,000

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality sources to provide desired flow of recruits, including agency management
  • Effectively market externally (professional networks, Social Medias, third party recruiters, search firms, vendors).
  • Promote and enhance internal referral program to encourage recommendations from staff.
  • Evaluate and participate in job fairs and other external recruiting events.
  • Responsible for new hire prejoining logistics and conduct new hire onboarding/induction program.
  • Maintain and track recruiting KPIs e.g., cost per hire, Time to fill, Offer/Decline Leverage the company recruiting system

Job Requirements:

  • An aggressive, high energy, driven and resilient recruiter who's done min 1 years of Technology Recruiting.
  • Work with the Recruiting Lead to partner the business to understand current and future demands
  • Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an everchanging environment
  • Experience in working or recruiting for a startup or high growth company
  • Comfortable talking to people of any level, whether it's in person, on the phone or in writing
  • Ability to work within a diverse team environment

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
