Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SKINTIFIC Malaysia. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and skills for open positions, ensuring a clear understanding of the role and its expectations.
  2. Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging various sourcing channels, such as job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
  3. Screen and Evaluate Candidates: Review and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for further evaluation, using a combination of behavioral-based interviewing techniques and skills assessments.
  4. Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and coordinate panel interviews and other assessment methods as needed.
  5. Provide Support to Hiring Managers: Offer guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including making recommendations and facilitating the decision-making process.
  6. Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience: Maintain clear communication with candidates, provide timely feedback, and address their inquiries to ensure a positive and professional experience.
  7. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to enhance the effectiveness of our talent acquisition processes.
  8. Collaborate with the HR Team: Work closely with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies, employer branding, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  9. Maintain Recruitment Data and Reports: Accurately maintain and update recruitment data and reports to inform future recruitment strategies and optimize our talent acquisition processes.
