・ Develop growth plans for publishers accounts

・ Develop recruitment strategy and execution

・ Prepare end of the month publisher performance report, analysis and presentation

・ Prepare proposal for prioritised publishers determined by team manager

・ Give publisher performance update in a timely manner and respond to inter-team requests

・ Prepare market analaysis, case studies preparation and workshop creation

・ Communicate with all existing publishers and request transparency or promoting methods

・ Fraud traffic monitoring

Requirements:

・ Minimum Diploma in any field.

・ Minimum 3 years experience of digital marketing and market & consumer bahavior analysis or publisher recruitment (KOC)

・ Experience in account management and publisher recruitment (KOC)

・ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

・ Good communication skills in English and Malay
