1. Oversee the IT functions within the group of companies

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT related issues on time.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Maintains accurate IT asset inventory and assist in acquisition, deployment, support of IT assets.
  • Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance systems
  • Provide guidance and advice to colleagues with technical issues.
  • Monitoring the operation of security equipment for malfunctions or other problems
  • Administers computer network and related computing environments including servers, routers, switches, storage arrat, virtual hosts/hypervisors and the Local Area Network (LAN).
  • Maintains user-profiles ensuring password policies and other system policies are enforced.
  • Proper filling and documentation, housekeeping of IT assets, preparing user guide if needed, and require to submit daily task report.
  • Liaise with external vendor to resolve IT services issues.
  • Assist in creating and implementing OT operation and security policies.
  • Perform ad-hoc IT tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
2. 1 to 2 years of working experience in IT support role

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned from time to time
  • Good communication skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
