Responsibilities:

  • Handling general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and booking accommodations.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Providing administrative support to team members.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Updating and maintaining databases and records.
  • Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and financial recordkeeping.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks in a fastpaced environment.
