HR & Admin Executive

Oversee employee recruitment and boarding.
- Payroll processing for all site employees.
- Manage employee disciplinary matters and take necessary disciplinary action.
- Assist in the development or update of HR SOP and policy.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Assist with day-to-day operations and provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources & Admin Manager.
- Supervise HR staff performance and guide employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
- Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Must be well-versed in Malaysia Labor Laws and IR practices.
- Preferably specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years' working experience in the related field.
- Reliable and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Detail-oriented, willing to multi-task and able to work under pressure.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
