Requirements:

  • Minimum
    Diploma in any related field
  • At least
    2 years of experience in an administration or equivalent
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skill, ability to work well in a pressured, deadline, focused, committed team environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Process nonPO invoices for travel, admin/facilities, and other related expenses in a timely manner
  • Manage and process travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Process requests for business cards and name stamps, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Salary Packages:

  • Basic RM3,500
  • RM4,000
  • EPF & SOCSO Deduction

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 3 months
