  • Support operational and commercial teams with understanding and knowledge of platform dynamics and tools.
  • Drive platformrelated initiatives with both partners and internal stakeholders for commercial growth and operational improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with potential platforms and coordinate the business channel expansion to such platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide a more holistic solution for customers using information and knowledge gleaned from marketplaces.
  • Analyse data and information from external and internal stakeholders to propose actionable strategies to support commercial and operational growth.
  • Familiarisation and understanding of the Solutions team scope to support if and when necessary.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and adhoc requests; exploring opportunities to add commercial value to the company.

Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any other relevant degree.
  • At least 1 year experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Account Management or any relevant sector.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, ability to influence and connect with stakeholders to provide feasible solutions
  • Commercial Acumen.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Highly analytical and performancedriven.
  • Wellversed in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word & Excel).
  • Highly driven, proactive and able to work independently.
