About the role

Key responsibilities

  • This role will have a heavier focus on talent management and regulatory and compliance, where the major responsibilities include:

Developing Talent:

  • Performance management: Develop and implement processes to evaluate and manage employee performance, including goal setting, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
  • Career pathing and development: Help employees to define career goals, plan and manage career progression to provide career development opportunities.

Motivating and Retaining Talent:

  • Compensation and benefit: Perform market research and salary mapping, propose competitive salary, bonus, and benefit to attract and retain talent.
  • Employee engagement: Develop and implement strategies to create positive work environment, including recognition program, activities, and work life balance.

Regulatory and Compliance:

  • Compliance review and development: Conduct compliance review and provide advice for HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and implement HR compliance framework, solutions and risk mitigation measures.
  • Regulatory landscape: Keep informed of regulatory and industrial changes, trends and best practices and assess impact of these changes on all processes.
  • Grievance management: Handle employee grievances in a fair, timely and confidential manner, including investigations, conflict management, and maintaining overall positive employee relations.

Secondary responsibilities:

Optimizing Talent

  • Succession planning: Identify and develop highpotential employees to fill leadership or important job holder roles.
  • Performance optimization: Continuously improve processes and systems to ensure employees are working at their peak potential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (minimum 3.5 CGPA and above)
years of working experience in HR or related role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing skill in English
  • Super (yes, super) passionate in helping people grow and reach their full potentials to help people thrive in the workplace

  • High proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail: Accomplish tasks through concern for all areas involved, show concern for all aspects of the job. Follow procedures exactly, perform routine tasks with care and attention.
