"- Mengira gaji pekerja setiap bulan. - Mengelurakan slip gaji pekerja. - Memantau kehadiran anggota kerja. - Mengemas kini baki cuti pekerja. - Mengadakan sesi temuduga. - Menguruskan proses pengambilan anggota kerja baru. - Mengenalkan anggota kerja baru dengan polisi syarikat, tempat bekerja dan anggota kerja yang lama. - Merancang program latihan pembangunan bagi semua pekerja. - Melaksanakan program latihan pembangunan bagi semua pekerja. - Merancang dan menjalankan aktiviti untuk pekerja bersama pihak pengurusan. - Menguruskan Levi syarikat dengan HRRD Corp. - Memohon Levi dari HRD Corp bagi mengadakan latihan dan membeli alatan untuk latihan. - Menjaga kebajikan pekerja. - Memastikan potongan dan caruman KWSP, SOCSO, PCB & LEVI dilaksanakan setiap bulan. - Memastikan anggota kerja mematuhi undang-undang syarikat. - Memastikan majikan sentiasa mematuhi undang-undang pekerjaan, KWSP, SOCSO,LHDN, MOF, JPT, HRD Corp dan MBI. - Memastikan fail peribadi pekerja lengkap dan sentiasa kemas kini. - Memastikan fail-fail berkaitan sumber manusia sentiasa dikemas kini. - Memastikan lesen perniagaan MBI, MOF, KWSP, SOCSO, HRDCorp, PCB syarikat sentiasa aktif. - Melaksanakan tugas-tugas Ad-Hoc yang tidak keluar dari skop kerja dan melanggar undang-undang. " Membuat panggilan dan temujanji bagi sesi interview serta mengikut proses SOP yang disedikan. Membantu memastikan prosedur dan SOP sumber manusia diikuti oleh semua pekerja.
