Manage the purchasing daily

  • To liaise, follow up and coordinate closely with suppliers and clients.
  • Provide administrative and support to the Procurement team and handling procurement administrative matters.
  • Maintain filing process linked to the procurement activities.
  • To ensure all PR and quotations are input into filling system, with accurate data and proper filling.
  • This position requires close cross functional interaction with Purchasing, Sales, Logistic and Finance Department.
  • Handling general procurement administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.
  • Other duties assigned by Management and related to the Company operations.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
