Procurement Executive

Job Description:
1. Maintain internal documents for the tendering process, including tracking management approval for tendering and contracting actions.
2. Strategize, conduct negotiations and manage commercial relationships with new and existing suppliers.
3. Develop sales leads and identify client requirements.
4. To assist a company in achieving sales and profit
5. Knowledge in managing inventory and supply
6. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
7. To perform required Procurement and operation duties
8. To perform operation duty such as preparing quotation and delivery process
9. Monitoring and Controlling all Procurement Documentation and Filing
10. Responsible for payment collection.
Requirement:
1. Dip/Bachelor in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
2. Experienced in the oil and gas/construction industry for at least 1 year
3. Fluency in English and Malay, both written and spoken, is essential.
4. Able to work immediately.
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Friday - 8.00 am until 5.00 pm
2. Saturday - 8.00 am until 1.00 pm (WFH)
3. Ability to relocate at Bandar Baru Bangi
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
