DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.
- Identifies and acts on opportunities to continually improve the customer experience.
- Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.
- Handle and manage all customer inquiries and objections in a prompt & professional manner
- Responsible for educating customers on processing procedures and their journey with ACCA
- Keeping abreast with product promotions and trends to provide quality service support to customer
- Make calls to existing and new customers for targeted promotion campaign.
- Demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative.
- A good team player able to show flexibility and adaptability in a fast moving environment.
- Identifies and acts on opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Demonstrate and maintain a positive attitude for work and encourages others to do the same.
- A professional approach with the ability to establish creditability quickly both across the organization and externally.
