DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.
  • Identifies and acts on opportunities to continually improve the customer experience.
  • Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.
  • Handle and manage all customer inquiries and objections in a prompt & professional manner
  • Responsible for educating customers on processing procedures and their journey with ACCA
  • Keeping abreast with product promotions and trends to provide quality service support to customer
  • Make calls to existing and new customers for targeted promotion campaign.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative.
  • A good team player able to show flexibility and adaptability in a fast moving environment.
  • Identifies and acts on opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate and maintain a positive attitude for work and encourages others to do the same.
  • A professional approach with the ability to establish creditability quickly both across the organization and externally.
Contract length: 12 months
