Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll activities of the company, including monthly payroll processing and update of employee employment status.
  • Handle employee's attendance records, leave records and overtime records.
  • Prepare offer letters for new joiners, salary adjustment letter and update employee profile into payroll system.
  • Handle data entry for new joiner, employee promotion, salary adjustment, resignation in all related HR Systems.
  • Maintain proper filing and HR records for easy retrieval purpose.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

Qualifications

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Know in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, vlookup...) is an advantage
  • Teamwork Oriented Person.
  • Well experience in handling labour matters and knowledge on Employment Act & HR Policies (advantage).
