Responsibilities:

Personal Affairs Management_

  • Efficiently manage and oversee the Managing Director's personal matters.
  • Handle personal correspondence, appointments, and any other relevant tasks or arrangements as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Project Support_

  • Assist the MD in managing special projects, initiatives and tasks including local and overseas project related to the group of companies.
  • Assist in coordinating activities, communication, and documentation across the group of companies.
  • Conduct research, gather information, purchasing from overseas and assist in project coordination with oversea suppliers.
Process expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.

Calendar Management_

  • Manage and coordinate the MD's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and schedule meetings and events to optimize the MD's time.
  • Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements align with the MD's preferences and business needs.

Communication and Correspondence_

  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
  • Attend meetings with the MD, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of interior design and renovation is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to top executives or similar roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.

Pay:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
