Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active tasks.
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol.
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents for clients.
  • Processing and updating new client records.
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed and office administrative works

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
