Support sales team and customers during the sales process.

  • Perform full cycle of the sales order processing.
  • To ensure customer's purchase order are placed on timely basis for all sales order received.
  • Contacting customers for orders and delivery arrangements.
  • Responsible for inventory management, always ensure accuracy of inventory.
  • To ensure all required sales and operational reports are accurate and submitted on timely basis.
  • To monitor and ensure that loaner and rent unit are traceable and returned on timely basis.
  • Maintenance proper documentation on calibration, repair, and service jobs.
  • To monitor the progress of the project for billing purpose.
  • Prepare, compile and format management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to requests for ad hoc reports from management and sales department.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to address specific questions or issues.
  • Maintain organized records of all reports generated.

; Requirements:

  • At least Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience in sales administration.
  • Good Command of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
  • Hardworking, possess positive attitude, sense of job responsibility and initiative.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage
