Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products based on the acceptance criteria given in each item.
  • Perform API testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of backed systems.
  • Collaborate closely with developers/project managers to identify, prioritize, and resolve software defects.
  • Experience understanding and writing SQL queries.
  • Coordinate with Dev Team for release planning and review postproduction release.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective.
  • Document and evaluate test results, defects, and issues thoroughly and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve testing strategies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA trends to drive innovation and improvement in testing practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
  • Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Selfmotivated with a passion for quality and continues improvement.

Nice to Have:

  • Identify regression scenarios to update automated regression suite.
  • QA Automation knowledge
