Key Responsibilities:
I.Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company career websites.

V.Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.

VI.Maintain organized recruitment records and databases.

VII.Support the training program by scheduling training sessions and rooms.

VIII.Assist in preparing training materials and resources.

IX.Manage training attendance records and feedback surveys.

X.Contribute to the creation of training reports and evaluations.

XI.Assist in onboarding new employees with training and orientation programs.

XII.Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

XIII.Help maintain employee records and files, including attendance and leave records.

XIV.Assist with benefits administration and inquiries.

XV.Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document organization, and office supply management.

XVI.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements/ Qualifications:
I.Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

II.Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Administration.

III.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

IV.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

V.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

VI.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

VII.An understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
