Requirements:
- Working hours : 45hours per week
- Must be able to work on the weekends
- Have an experience in events or at least loves to do events.
- Optimistic and can handle datelines
- Handle payroll, claim, OT & etc.
- Monitoring staff attendance & leave.
- Update records of new staff.
- Schedule meetings, interviews & do agendas.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends.
- Support general office administrative work.
- Issues Invoices
- Update order and purge back end website.
- Event Management & vendor relations.
- Manage bookkeeping
- Responsible for any other duties that superior given time to time.

RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
