Responsibilities as follows but not limited to:

  • Report to Asst Training Manager
  • Able to handle on SLDN related matter
  • Handling and coordinate employees training & providing necessary logistic supports.
  • Monitor and follow up of yearly TNA for every department and staff
  • Assist in monitoring and ensure all departments training are conducted according to yearly Training Plan
  • To liase with external auditor in all ISO external audit & company customer audit as auditee of HR representative.
  • Coordinate with Document Contol Officer and ensure all documents/forms related to HR-SOP are well prepared and submitted timely.
  • To maintain employee training records in proper filling / e-filing conforming to ISO standard
  • To provide clerical admin supports to the On Job Training programs (OJT)
  • Coordinate with department manager to prepare and develop customised modules for softskills and /or on job trainings (OJT)
  • Any other responsibilities to be assigned by the Superior from time to time

Salary:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
