About Our Client:


Our client, MIJ Living Group offers rental solutions to individuals who are looking for premier apartments that are fully furnished and equipped with a modern kitchen.

Their services include from handling tenant's enquiries to all rental related issues such as maintenance, housekeeping, security, network, bills, and etc.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenants' enquiries and complaints.
  • Handle and schedule maintenance service for the apartments.
  • Organize and update tenants' information.
  • Prepare rental contract and documents as needed.
  • Assist tenants in renewing contract.
  • Handle other administration tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service / Administrative industry.
  • Able to speak and type in Chinese and English.
  • Familiar with the use of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in using PC and other communication platforms is a plus.
