Responsibilities:

  • Determines customers needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks and participating in social events.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Recruit and onboard new potential partners to CPP (Channel Partner Program)
  • Ties 1 and 2 partners
  • Binding ties 3 partners
  • Meet and exceed set target
  • Handhold and develop all partners
  • Prospecting and the development of new accounts and/or new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strategize to maximize coverage of the overall account, service and development of assigned sales accounts and the development of good Personal and businessbased relationships within those accounts.
  • Balance between shortterm gain and longterm growth for all opportunities and initiatives to achieve/exceed present sales targets (product revenue and Services as defined in the compensation plan) and increase market share.
  • All proposals, risk analysis and cost/benefit analysis for opportunities within the account.
  • General Liaison between Tech Titan, vendor and the customer for the escalation process of delivery and pricing issues.
  • Document and execute Account and Opportunity Plans in the required format demonstrating a strong understanding of the customer's business issues, and relating them to business initiatives, corresponding IT initiatives and solutions which address those needs.
  • Develops a contact network within channel partners to enable business to be sold effectively.
