  • Responsible for travel itinerary for Executive Director; flight and accommodation bookings and itinerary planning.
  • Provide report to Senior Management when required
  • Work closely with Department Head to achieve greater operation efficiency and facilitate effective communication
  • Any other adhoc tasks on office administration

Requirement

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good business writing skills
  • Proficient in English and Malay
  • Mature with good initiatives, trustworthy, multitasking
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality and excellent planning skill
  • Preferable 1 2 years related secretarial experience with Senior Management

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
