What we have for you?

  • Provide aftersales support to customers by responding to inquiries and attending to their needs.
  • Direct customer requests and issues to the internal resources and ensure followup.
  • Utilize the inhouse system to update key collections, defects tracking, and other relevant customer data accurately.
  • Prepare management reports summarizing customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Attend meetings with the Project Team, Contractors, and other stakeholders to address customer concerns and ensure alignment on support strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in related field.
  • Work location
    :Johor Bahru.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM9,649.17 per month
