JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper recordkeeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in human resources or any related fields.
- Having relevant experience in human resources may be advantageous.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am5pm), Saturday (8am1pm).
- Willing to travel regularly.
- Having driving license and transportation.
Salary:
From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
Experience:
Human Resources: 1 year (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Senawang: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
