Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Help maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing teambuilding activities and events.
- Participate in employee relations activities and assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Learn about HR policies and compliance, and assist in ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Support HR projects, such as performance management, benefits administration, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HRrelated documentation, including policies and procedures.
- Learn about HR software and tools used for various HR functions.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and assignments.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field).
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and develop HR skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts (experience is a plus but not required).
