Responsible to support Senior Group HR Manager to execute the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration which includes local and foreign workers recruitment and selection, employee and industrial relation, employee welfare, compensation and benefits, training and development, talent management, expatriate management, union related matters, performance management system, organization design and development, change and security management.


  • To assist and oversee the monthly payroll processing and government statutory requirement.
  • To support Senior Group HR Manager to implement appropriate HR Strategies, HR Policies and SOPs being effectively communicated and implemented which aligns to organization's business strategies.
  • To assist Senior Group HR Manager to foster an environment that provides on-going performance, career development and coaching to all level of employees.
  • Act as site key local HR point of contact and trusted advisor to shareholders and stakeholders.
  • Provide HR guidance and advice to management on government initiatives and employment best practice.
  • Responsible for HR projects, HR Programs and HR Engagement activity.
  • To support the organization commitment towards ISO 22000 food safety requirement.
  • Ensuring the manufacturing processes and equipment used complies with FSMS, GMP/GHP, HALAL, Food Safety and quality standards and compliance to relevant customer, food safety requirement, legislative and regulatory of statutory requirement
  • To facilitate and ensure Company /employees adhere to pandemic, epidemic, endemic and other emergency declared standard operating procedure

From RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:

Human Resources: 5 years (preferred)
