REQUIREMENTS
- Report to HR Section head.
- To handle foreign worker issues.
- To arrange, manage and monitor of foreign workers and expatriate hostel.
- To manage and handle immigration related procedure
- Handling and manage of Foreign Worker extension, renewal and termination of permit / passport
- Taking care of foreign workers issues & welfare
- Report of arrival foreign worker to JTK
- Liase with FOMEMA
- Arrange for foreign workers transportation
- Briefing to newly report foreign workers on company regulations
- Liaise with department manager on the headcount planning for foreign workers'
- Any other responsibility which may be assigned form time to time by superior
QUALIFICATIONS
- SPM/Diploma or equivalent (Labor Law, Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act is essential.
- Familiar in Employees' Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodations dan Amenities Act 1990 (Act 446).
- Minimum 12 years working experience in HR.
- Male is preferable.
- Have a D or PSV/GDL class license would be an advantage
Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
