岗位职责:
1、负责人员招聘,简历筛选、面试、入离职手续办理;
2、负责日常办公用品采购、发放、登记管理;
3、负责办理公司物业方面水、电费等缴纳工作;
4、组织公司团建活动;
5、负责办公环境维护及日常行政管理工作
6、领导临时交办的其它各项任务。

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for personnel recruitment, resume screening, interview, entry and exit procedures;
  • Responsible for the procurement, distribution and registration management of daily office supplies;
  • Responsible for the payment of water and electricity charges in the company's property;
  • Organize company team building activities;
  • Responsible for office environment maintenance and daily administrative management
  • Other tasks temporarily assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

  • Proficiency in office automation operation
  • Clear thinking, strong internal drive, know how to self-regulate mentality at work
  • Strong sense of responsibility, team awareness
  • Those with relevant work experience in human resources are preferred
  • Chinese can communicate without barriers
Good image and temperament, strong execution, principled work, careful and responsible work, know how to give timely feedback on problems
