JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to lead, support or oversee and regulate the entire spectrum of Human Resource which includes Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisitions, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll administration, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations to ensure the progress and development of the Company.
  • Accountable in reviewing and implementing the Company's HR policies & procedures and supervise both compliances and effectiveness.
  • Responsible in overseeing the Learning & Development of employees and assist in identifying the areas for development based on Company's priorities and affordability. Drive for SBL Khas utilization and optimization to support Learning & development and aligned with Cost Effectiveness.
  • Manages efficiency of the monthly computation of payroll such as commissions or overtime claims and any other payments and is regulated accordingly based on the statutory and standard procedures. Drives for government initiatives / subsidies to support Cost Effectiveness in Manpower Costs.
  • Ensures that all Industrial Relations (IR) issues are well taken care off and involved in the investigations of any disciplinary matters around employees.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Participates in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization, and support change management processes.
  • Responsible for Manpower, Compensation & Benefits + Administrative Budgets and to be aligned with template provided by Finance. Advises on Cost effectiveness / Cost Reduction on Manpower and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Ensures smooth running of the administration department and be responsible for overseeing the renewal of relevant licenses, contracts, permits and all other pertinent regulations are compiled with.
Qualification

  • Minimum of 6 years of HR related experience
  • Possessing expertise in the retail industry is advantageous.
  • Approachable and able to exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Problemsolving skills, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner

Salary:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources Generalist: 6 years (preferred)
Human Resources Management: 6 years (preferred)
- training & IR: 5 years (preferred)
