  • Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to all direct report within the Area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Having experience in planning and drafting sales strategy, in order to increase the delivery volume within three months.
  • Having a certain level of experience in monitoring payments, to ensure that the risk is low.
  • In charge of educating new franchisee and ensure franchisee on steadily increasing the delivery volume.
  • Graduated with a Diploma or Degree in any related fields or equivalents qualifications.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in related background (Quality Management, Supply Chain & Logistic).
  • Preferably logistics supply chain business products and system products, understand warehousing and distribution business scenarios.
  • Having excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to communicate in multiple language is an advantage. Required to report to China stakeholders.
  • Have to have experience in frontline sales.
