  • Review and perform the "check and balance" of purchases invoices in term of pricing, quantity and goods acceptance before proceeding to payment advise.
  • Perform the update of monthly purchase creditors.
  • To perform a complete matching process on all payments documentation including preparation of cheque and payment voucher for Executive Director Approval.
  • Printing of debtors and creditors aging report and statement.
  • Review the sales invoices and follow up payments received from customers and marketing personnel.
  • Task assigned by the Finance Department Head from time to time.
