- Prepare Sales Orders / Purchase Orders to suppliers.
- Ensure the compliance of Purchasing Department’s SOP to meet the business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets.
- Communicate, monitor and track the update from supplier on goods readiness/delivery to ensure that the committed lead time is complied with.
- Be proactive in resolving any delivery & quality problems encountered by coordinating with both customers & suppliers.
- Maintain proper records and documentations of Purchase Order, Delivery Schedule and related reports,
- Maintain supplier database, purchase/ stock information, inventory reports and variances.
- Liaise with Accounts/ Finance Department on invoice, payment and credit issue.
- Maintain Stock spare part
