- **Import / Export Permits Application and Renewal.**:
- Generate and process purchase, sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and conducting periodic supplier reviews.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing
- Maintain accurate purchasing / sales records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Preparing and verifying of shipping documents to ensure accuracies and compliance of contractual obligations.
- Preparing of Daily Report and Monitoring of stock levels.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or equivalent.
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage
- Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
Pay: From RM1.00 per month
