**Responsibilities**
- Generate and process purchase, sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Import / Export Permits Application and Renewal**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and conducting periodic supplier reviews. Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Maintain accurate purchasing / sales records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- **Preparing and verifying of shipping documents **to ensure accuracies and compliance of contractual obligations.
- Preparing of Daily Report and Monitoring of stock levels.
**Requirements**:
- 1 - 3 years of working experience with **shipping**, or well versed with **shipping documentation.**:
- Attention to detail and able to complete tasks on time.
- Experience managing supplier relationships
Pay: From RM1.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
