Job Summary The incumbent is to assist the Finance Department Head in the day to day finance department activities, bank reconciliation, account payable and account receivable. Job Contents - Review and perform the “check and balance” of purchases invoices in term of pricing, quantity and goods acceptance before proceeding to payment advise. - Perform the update of monthly purchase creditors. - To perform a complete matching process on all payments documentation including preparation of cheque and payment voucher for Executive Director Approval. - Printing of debtors and creditors aging report and statement. - Review the sales invoices and follow up payments received from customers and marketing personnel. - Task assigned by the Finance Department Head from time to time.
