BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA (Ativo Plaza):

  • 1pm-6pm (5 hours):
  • RATE PAYABLE
    :RM10 PER HOUR

SCOPE OF WORK:

Making outbound phone calls to potential clients with the aim of promoting our properties. The primary goal is to assist in generating interest and potential sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate calls from a list provided by the Company to prospect clients to purchase our properties
  • Provide brief information about the properties, highlighting the key selling points to encourage potential clients to take a desired action to purchase
  • Ask relevant questions to understand the clients requirements and preferences
  • Fan their interest, persuade the clients to agree to an appointment to meet our Agents, and schedule the appointments accordingly
  • Follow up with clients who were initially not reachable or not responsive
  • Keep accurate and uptodate records of calls made, responses, leads generated, and results

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Good verbal communication skills knowing how to hold the clients attention and convey accurate information to them over the phone
  • Good listening skills to be able to understand and respond to the clients questions
  • Good product knowledge
  • High level of persuasiveness
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software (ie Google Sheet, Excel)

CANDIDATE CRITERIA:

  • Prior experience in telemarketing and/or telesales preferred
