Responsible for the pre-matching and settlement of trades within the International Markets and to deal with any query investigation relating to these markets.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of processing is in accordance to company's IS expectation
  • Completion of all reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure outstanding items, cash and stock recs, are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Resolution on queries for Trade Settlement
  • Completion of all assigned task within agreed deadline
  • Adherence to risk factors and seek ways of mitigation
  • Mitigating risk of potential buyin on trades
  • Constant communication with relevant departments for quick resolution.
  • Seek ways to enhance and improve process flow and environment
  • Assist supervisor in day to day operations of the process

Qualifications & Skills

Role Requirements_

  • Direct experience in Settlements process
    supporting Europe and UK clients (12 years of experience)
  • Clear understanding in Custody Operations work

Flexible to work on late shift hours (eg; 3pm-12am, 4pm-1am):

  • Able to travel to
    Cyberjaya and f
    lexible to work in office 3-4 days a week:
  • Any prior banking experience in operations / Back office is a plus
