ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Management

  • Assist in maintaining a wellorganized and efficient office environment. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating office equipment maintenance, and liaising with vendors.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for important documents and records.
Administrative Support

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Support executives and managers with various administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities.
  • Process expense reports for team members, review receipts, and ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, workshops,teambuilding activities and meetings.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, while adhering to company travel policies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced work environment.

EDUCATION

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma ; additional education in business administration is a plus.
  • Korean speaker is preferred

Salary:

RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
