- Develop the HR's objectives, KPI, annual operational & strategic plan for staff performance.
Compensation & Benefit Management
- Responsibility to planning & manage the compensation and benefit to employees.
Policy & Procedure
- To develop and implement HR policies
Payroll
General /Ad-Hoc Task
- Attend to any task (related HR department) delegated by the superior.
Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
