**KEY AREAS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
**Recruitment**:
- Create and places ads for job openings, resume screening and sets for interviews.
- Handle recruitment process
**Training & Development**
- Determine organization’s training needs to meets company objective
- Conduct organization wide training needs assessment & identify skill /
knowledge gap that need to be addressed.
- Plan, develop, implement & oversea the training & development
program/training for employees.
- Execute training budget & calendar
- Conduct training evaluation to ensure effectiveness of the program conducted
**Performance Management**:
- Oversea the overall performance of the employees
- Develop the HR’s objectives, KPI, annual operational & strategic plan for staff performance
- Oversea the overall performance of the employees and ensure KPI are well develop, communicated & monitored.
- Lead overall competency assessment to set the formula on annual/monthly rewarding system, in order to ensure staff retain & gain a high performance as set, as well as to be the result of salary increase and bonus in the end of the year.
**Compensation & Benefit Management and Budgeting**
- Responsibility to planning & manage the compensation and benefit to employees
- Contribute to the preparation of the HR annual budget
- Planning and develop for effective compensation and benefit to employee In order to ensure staff retain
- Manage, review & budget for effective compensation & benefits (CompanyHeadcount, Staff Cost, Compensation, staff welfare & benefit in line with business plan).
**Report**:
- Preparation of HR report
- Prepare monthly HR report to be forwarded to the HOD (Employee performance)
- To prepare reports and monitor attendance report of staff
**Policy & Procedure**
- To develop and implement HR policies
- Implement HR policies & Procedure, communicate and execute HR Policies & Procedure on a regular in line with company objective and Complied with Malaysia Laws and other related regulations
- Update & control of HR policies & procedure
- Ensure company policies & Procedure are implement to all employee.
**General /Ad-Hoc Task**
- Attend to any task (related HR department) delegated by the supervisor.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
