- Determine organization’s training needs to meets company objective.
**Performance Management**
- Develop the HR’s objectives, KPI, annual operational & strategic plan for staff performance.
**Compensation & Benefit Management**
- Responsibility to planning & manage the compensation and benefit to employees.
**Policy & Procedure**
- To develop and implement HR policies
**Payroll**
**General /Ad-Hoc Task**
- Attend to any task (related HR department) delegated by the superior.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
