Responsibilities:

  • To assist full set of finance operations such as Account Receivables, Account Payable, Fixed Assets Management, Cash Management, General Ledger and Reporting
  • To assist for overall daytoday accounting and finance functions including preparation of payments, monitor receipts, etc.
  • Assist to prepare SST/GST reporting and statutory reporting
  • Assist in identify credit risk related issues
  • Assist in preparing monthly cash flow forecast / sales forecast / annual budget
  • Organize & maintain financial records with proper filling
  • Collaborate with other departments in ensuring to deliver timely and informative reports as well as accuracy of accounting data and improve efficiency
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification : STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Years and Level of Experience : at least 2 years working in relevant field with full set account experience
  • Deadlineorientated and an ability to stick to time constraints while still ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting
  • An analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Malaysia
  • Flexibility to travel
