Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to endusers, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and assist with ITrelated inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers and other IT systems, ensuring they run efficiently and securely.
  • Security Management: Implement and enforce IT security policies, including access controls, data backups, and antivirus measures, to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
  • Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, backup, and recovery procedures are in place.
  • Assist in procuring and maintaining hardware, software, and ITrelated equipment, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements.
  • Maintain uptodate documentation on IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Interact with IT vendors for support, maintenance, and software licensing.
  • Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technologies and make recommendations for their potential implementation within the organization.
  • Ensure data backups are performed regularly and develop and test disaster recovery plans.
  • Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams, including IT staff, management, and endusers, to address ITrelated challenges and requirements.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to relevant IT regulations, data protection laws, and security standards.
  • Assist in managing the IT budget and expenditures effectively.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or a related IT role is typically required.
  • Having relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), can be advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to interact with endusers and convey technical information effectively.
  • IT Executives must be skilled at analyzing and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, coordination, and execution, is beneficial.
  • IT Executives often interact with endusers and employees. A customercentric approach and a willingness to help are important.
  • A solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices is crucial to protect the organization's data and systems.
  • The ability to analyze ITrelated data and make datadriven decisions is valuable for IT Executives.
  • IT Executives often work in collaboration with various departments and teams, so being a team player is essential.
  • Strong time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
