Customer Success Specialist

To ensure total customer satisfaction and customer success

  • To provide first level support to the local and overseas customers
  • To be the main communication channel with customers
  • To perform product testing and evaluation from the customer's perspective
  • To keep track and follow up on all open issues with development teams.
  • To prepare and maintain product documentation, knowledge base, user guides and help documents
  • To formulate training contents, plan and conduct training to the customers
  • To provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement
  • To develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, which includes but is not limited to designing logos, brochures, and creating videos.

Pre-requisites:

  • Major in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) are much preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal collaboration and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently with positive thinking, resultoriented, strong organizational skills, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic in improvisation, problemsolving and customer satisfaction.
  • Able to support customers remotely and onsite.
  • Willing to travel and work overtime, over weekend and on nightshift if and when required.
  • Practical knowledge in computing hardware is preferable.
  • Simple design and creativity skills are preferable.
  • Knowledge in Windows, Android and IT is added advantage.
  • Effective communication skills in BOTH English and Mandarin in both verbal and written is an added advantage, in order to support China customers.
