The
Partner Success Specialist will be responsible for core payment operations within Coda's solutions stack.

The primary responsibilities of this role include transaction monitoring and analysis, partner onboarding, invoice management, and other general activities to ensure high payment channel uptime.

Additionally, this role will collaborate with product teams, payment channel partners and publishers to implement improvements based on transaction analyses and findings.


Requirements:

  • Experience in payment operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with payment processing platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
